Pavithra prior to her stint as Founder & MD of SHPC (Strategic HR Partner Consultancy) has over a decade of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, and counseling students at various Institutes (Vels Vidyashram group of education, Dhanapalan College, St.Mary’s college and Apollo Institute.) Her leadership experience includes heading the Department of Computer Science and functioning as a core member of the Exam Committee.
Pavithra S is from a technology background and has done both UG and PG in Information technology from the prestigious SIES College Mumbai. She has done her pre-doctoral Master of Philosophy after her Master’s degree at Prist University.
She now heads the financial control and technology vertical at SHPC and has got a keen interest in social and development causes.
Srinivasan Rangarajan has an overall 19 years of experience in various facets of Human Resources, including Talent acquisition, M&A, Operational, Tactical, Strategic Business partner, and CSR. A passionate HR professional, he has worked with various multinational companies like Sutherland Global, Abbott Piramal, Future group Pantaloon retail, and T-mangoes Consulting firm.
Srinivasan did his Bachelors in Commerce from Hindu College and MSW HR from the reputed Madras School of Social work. Additionally, he has done his Masters in Commerce from Madras University and Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration from Madras Christian College. He serves as a mentor to the team at SHPC.
